For those seeking their first employment, we have a special program called “INTERNSHIP”, where candidates are allowed to gain work experience in one of the most recognized companies. This probation period is six months long. During this time, the candidate works in a team together with other experienced colleagues and learns new business skills from each of them. The purpose of this program is to give indicative recommendations to the client. The best candidates often receive an offer to establish a permanent employment relationship in the company, if they prove to be promising candidates. Upon completion, the candidate in our center goes through the final testing and simulated job interviews led by our teamâs Human Resources executives from the world’s leading companies. With the complete collected documentation enveloped on our memorandum, the fully-prepared candidate goes to a job interview. In addition to the acquired security, the candidate carries saved and complex attachments with a CV, which is professionally composed in the company’s colors and becomes an ideal candidate. Furthermore, the candidate is now equipped with an internationally recognized certificate of language proficiency, Office365 packages, additional targeted certificates for the position applied to, and letters of recommendation from the company where he did his internship.
